The delivery
I got a call early in the morning. The camper was on its way. I was afraid I wouldn't like it, I was afraid it would be too big or too small but that day I was Goldilocks personified. It was perfect. The kids jumped in bounding with excitement. Too much excitement. Noah climbed up the ladder to the top bunk and then fell head first off of it when the ladder fell away. Lesson 1: Always put the straps around the ladder. He was fine, just a bit shaken. The exploring continued for hours as we figured out what everything was and imagined our first trip.
